Refund & Return Policy

At HotClear, we want you and your little one to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your stroller, we are here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your stroller must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it (unworn or unused).
  • In its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at sales@hotclear.shop.

  • Please include your order number and photos of the item in its current condition.
  • Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Remorse: If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong model, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
  • Defective or Wrong Items: If the product is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. In these cases, HotClear will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Inspections and Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as personalized items or products that have been heavily used outdoors and show signs of wear on the wheels/chassis.
