1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • Please note that during peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-15 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days (where available).
  • Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance or local postal service issues.

3. Domestic & International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Europe and more.

  • For international orders, please ensure your address is entered correctly in English to avoid any delivery failures.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can track your stroller’s journey directly on our website or via the carrier’s portal.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

HotClear is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damaged or Lost Items

If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact us immediately at sales@hotclear.shop. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or a full refund.
